We do the mechanical work on e-bikes, motor or no motor, at our shop on Darnestown Road in Gaithersburg.
What We Can and Can't Work On
We work on: the mechanical side of any e-bike, whatever motor it has. That includes changing a flat on a hub motor wheel.
We don't work on: the motor itself, batteries, controllers, or anything electrical. If the problem is electrical, we can't fix it here.

Most e-bike repairs use our standard prices plus the $25 surcharge when the bike has a motor. The hub-motor flat is priced on its own because pulling a motor wheel is a bigger job. E-bike assembly is for a bike that arrives in a box, built and checked over properly before it goes out the door. Parts are extra, same as standard repairs. See the full repair price list.
